Central Oregon Locavore will screen the documentary Evolution of Organic on January 27 at 4:30pm. Registration for this event will begin at 4pm. This film explores the history of organic agriculture, told by those who built the movement that rejected chemical farming and set out to explore organic alternatives with a vision of sustainability.

After the viewing of the documentary, there will be a question-and-answer period with Tom Elliot, a retired organic farmer from Montana and board member of The Environmental Center.
